FAQ
What are image credits?
They meter Create. A 2K still costs 1 image credit. 4K costs 3. Edits cost 1. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; unused plan credits reset at the start of the next month.
What are policy compliance credits?
They meter Check. Each claims inspection uses policy compliance credits — on Create when auto-check is on, and when you Check via the gateway, API or MCP. It is a brand firewall, not legal advice.
How do yearly plans work?
Yearly is the same plan, billed once a year. You still receive the monthly image and policy compliance allowance each month. The price on the card is the monthly equivalent; the save line is versus paying month-to-month.
What’s included on every plan?
The same Atlas: Brand, Products, Claims, Connect, Create and Check — including Knowledge, photography looks, the in-app agent, MCP, the REST API, 4K export, team, approvals and the audit log. Plans differ by credit volume and support.
What if I use more credits than my plan includes?
You can allow extra image and policy compliance credits in Billing. Nothing is charged until you use them. Enterprise extra volume is arranged with us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start free today to compile a brand, then pick a plan when you are ready to Create and Check at volume.
Can I change plans or switch monthly and yearly later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch monthly and yearly from Billing. Yearly switches use the current yearly price.
Is this an image generator?
No. Generation is one way to use the Atlas — not the product. Brand Atlas is the source of truth. Connect, Create and Check all run from the same Brand, Products and Claims.
What does Enterprise include?
Custom image and policy compliance volume, SSO, a security review, and a dedicated specialist. Contact sales and we will scope it.
