Claims
Your policy, enforced.
Approved lines, evidence and packs live in the Atlas — so every AI you connect is working from the same policy. Check applies it. Not legal advice.

How a policy is built
From a document you upload to a rule AI cannot skip.
01
Upload
Drop a PDF, Word file or spreadsheet. Extracted claims and rules come back as a draft — not a live policy.
02
Evidence
Attach what you can defend. A line without evidence does not travel.
03
Packs
Activate the packs for the markets you sell into. Austria is not a mashup of every country.
04
Rules
Unsupported copy can be allowed, rewritten to an approved line, or held for a human.
05
Use
Check applies this policy via gateway, API and MCP. Connect and Create read the same source. Not a live monitor of every AI.

Why it exists
Not a prompt that invents a claim.
A model can write “clinically proven.” Your policy cannot, unless you approved it, attached evidence, and activated the pack. Brand firewall — not legal advice.
A prompt
The model invents a stronger claim.
- “Clinically proven” appears from nowhere.
- No evidence is attached.
- Every market gets the same invented line.
A policy
Only the lines you approved.
- Approved wording, or a rewrite to it.
- Evidence travels with the line.
- Packs stay bound to a market.

Questions
What actually lives in Claims?
The wording you approve, the evidence it stands on, packs for the markets you sell into, and the rules Check can apply. AI may use a line you kept — not a stronger one it invented.
How is this different from Check?
Claims is the policy in your Atlas. Check is how that policy is applied — Brand Match on Create, and Claims Check via gateway, API or MCP before you ship. Connect and Create read the same source. It is not a live monitor of every AI on the team.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a brand firewall, not a legal database. It enforces the claims, evidence and packs you put in. It does not replace counsel. Not legal advice.
How do our claims get in?
Upload a PDF, Word file or spreadsheet. Brand Atlas extracts the claims and the rules as a draft. Nothing goes live until you review and keep it.
What if a model writes a stronger claim?
Check can allow the line, rewrite it to wording you approved, or hold it for a human — depending on the rule you set. A line like “clinically proven” does not ship if you never approved it and attached evidence.
Why are packs tied to a market?
Policy is not one global mashup. Activate the pack for the country you sell into. Wellness claims for Austria stay Austria — they do not leak into every other market.
